Kachia Youths Pass Vote of Confidence, Endorse Tinubu, Uba Sani, Others for 2027.

The Uba Sani Social Media Influencers in Kachia Local Government Area, Kaduna State, have declared their unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani, and other elected officials, citing what they described as landmark achievements across education, healthcare, security, agriculture, and youth empowerment in the area.
Speaking at a press conference held in Kachia on Friday, the group’s coordinator, Gideon Daniel Kurah, said the endorsement was in recognition of what he called “visionary and pragmatic leadership” that has transformed the local government into a hub of development.

Kurah specifically praised President Tinubu for approving the establishment of the Federal University of Applied Sciences in Kachia, which he said would boost education access and economic opportunities across Southern Kaduna.

 “This university stands as a bold testament to the Federal Government’s commitment to expanding quality and technical education to rural communities,” Kurah stated.

The group also commended Governor Uba Sani for what it described as a holistic approach to governance in Kaduna State. Kurah highlighted the governor’s role in attracting the university project and implementing reforms in the health sector, including the upgrade of Kachia General Hospital.
According to him, under the governor’s leadership, Kaduna has recorded “an impressive 80 per cent reduction in insecurity cases,” and farmers in the state have benefited from the free distribution of fertilizers and farm inputs aimed at enhancing food production.

“In just two years, Governor Uba Sani has proven to be the people’s governor with a people-oriented agenda. We are proud to stand with him for another four years,” Kurah said.

Also receiving accolades was the Member Representing Kachia/Kagarko Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Gabriel Saleh Zock, for what the group described as “tireless grassroots engagement.” Kurah listed Zock’s interventions to include road rehabilitation, youth and women empowerment, scholarships, and classroom construction.

At the state level, Hon. Peter Agite, the Member Representing Kachia Constituency in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, was praised for legislative engagement and support for the less privileged through scholarships and empowerment schemes.

The group further acknowledged the contributions of Dr. Manzo Daniel Maigari, Executive Chairman of Kachia LGA, noting his efforts in tackling insecurity, promoting agriculture, and addressing infrastructural deficits within a year of assuming office.

“Dr. Maigari’s leadership has demonstrated commitment to excellence and accountability under his RESPONSIBILITY agenda,” Kurah said.

Also commended was Dr. Abdulmalik Durunguwa, former Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission representing Kaduna State, for what the group described as continuous youth support and employment facilitation at the federal level.

Other stakeholders recognized include Kaduna State Head of Service, Mrs. Jummai Bako; Executive Secretary of KADRIMA, Dr. John Danfulani; and Commissioner for Agriculture, Mallam Murtala Dabo, among others, for their various contributions to the development of Kachia LGA.

The event culminated in a formal Vote of Confidence and a Motion of Endorsement for the re-election of President Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani, Rt. Hon. Gabriel Zock, Hon. Peter Agite, and Dr. Manzo Maigari in 2027.

D“There is no doubt their leadership has brought peace, prosperity, and progress to our communities. We believe that extending their mandates will ensure continuity and sustainable development,” Kurah added.

The group reaffirmed its commitment to mobilizing support for the endorsed leaders ahead of the next electoral cycle and called on residents of Kachia to remain united in the collective drive for a better future.
