In a bid to provide a seamless site for registration and payment of Withholding Tax on rent for all renting plaza(s), shops and containers across the State, KADIRS is calling on all the stakeholders in estate development and management, agents and individuals in the renting sector should kindly utilize the KADIRS Withholding Tax on rent platform via our site @ www.kadtaxonrent.ng for both registration and payment.

The Service is using this medium to call on all stakeholders in the sector, to cooperate with KADIRS officers and agents that are carrying out enumeration and distribution of demand notices on all rental properties across the State.

However, the site (www.kadtaxonrent.ng) is seamless for operation and is self -service centred, below is the process flow and guide to all taxpayers.

Register your rental property now and pay your Withholding tax on rent through:
1. USSD 
2. Bank transfer
3. ATM Card 

It pays to pay your tax.

Kachia LG Chairman Distributes ₦12m Christmas Palliative to Residents

Residents of Kachia Local Government Area have received a major economic boost as the Executive Chairman, Hon. Dr. Manzo Daniel Maigari, facilitated the distribution of ₦12 million in cash support to vulnerable citizens. The support, provided as a Christmas palliative by Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, CON, benefitted 120 residents, each of whom received ₦100,000 across the 12 political wards of the local government.
