Leadership is the backbone of any thriving society, and the choice of a leader holds the key to a state's prosperity or decline. In an era where challenges are multifaceted and dynamic, settling for a mediocre leader is a luxury our darling state Kaduna simply cannot afford. 

There are compelling reasons discovered; why aiming for excellence in leadership is not just a preference but a necessity for the well-being of our State and respective communities. Because, complex challenges require exceptional Solutions.

The contemporary political landscape is rife with leadership intricacies, from economic uncertainties to environmental challenges. Therefore, mediocre leaders may lack the innovative thinking and strategic vision needed to navigate through these challenges successfully. 

Exceptional leaders like Malam Uba Sani, possess the ability to formulate creative solutions that can sustainably propel Kaduna state forward. Especially when you preview his antecedents and good performance at the ninght Senate, representing Kaduna Central, you will not be skeptical about his current commitment and readiness to build a modern Kaduna State in tandem with the 21st Century.

That is why, in his wisdom, Uba Sani is presently spreading his net, by initiating Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Kaduna state. He is also making a concerted effort by facilitating Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the state, selling Kaduna to the global market, with the aim to devise a robust and sustainable economy that will elevate Kaduna to a greater heights.

Indeed, it's important to strive for excellence and continuous improvement to ensure the best outcomes for our state and its residents. Because, development is an ongoing journey, marked by continuous efforts, adaptation, and improvement. That's why Uba Sani is laying a foundation in Kaduna which could even serve to the advantage of his successors. Whereby, the people of Kaduna State will not be happy with anyone who would deviate from the path of development which Malam Uba Sani set for the state.

Serendipitously,  it's great to hear that vast number of people in Kaduna feel confident in their choice of Sen. Uba Sani as the governor of the state. Because they're proud of making a wise decision without being regretting. And they are optimistic, believing that the leadership dexterity of Uba Sani will majorly uplift Kaduna state; and also lead the state to a promise land.

Interestingly, as he vowed to make the dividend of democracy ubiquitous in rural areas during the campaign period, Sen. Uba Sani didn't relent on his efforts to do the needful, because he has embarked on a massive projects in rural areas across the three senatorial districts of Kaduna. Based on his commitment to that, the 2024 budget appropriation was tagged as (Budget of Rural Transformation For Inclusive Development). Which is aimed at "revitalising of the rural economy" This evidently indicate his readiness to revamp the rural areas as he pledged to do so.

He has since commenced with the "Groundbreaking" of some capital projects in the rural areas, from Southern Senatorial district, the construction of road project link in "Gwantu; Sanga local government to Kiban in Jema'a LG. And Soba LG under the Kaduna North Senatorial district.

Uba Sani, a visionary leader with foresight, at this era defined by rapid technological advancement, he is actively striving to shape the future of the youth. Because he understand the paramount importance of technology, as a forward-thinking leader, he established a "Skills Acquisition Technology Centers" with "state of the art facilities, in the three Senatorial district of Kaduna. This is as a strategic move to empower individuals and communities to become innovative and self reliance.

These centers will serve as hub of knowledge, fostering an environment where individuals can acquire cutting-edge skills necessary for success in the digital age. Governor Uba Sani envisions a World where technology is not just a tool but an integral part of every aspect of our lives. The establishment of these centers reflects a profound understanding of the transformative power of technology in shaping economies and societies.

By creating these skills acquisition centers, Malam Uba Sani  have started addressing the pressing need for a skilled workforce, capable of navigating the complexities of the modern world. These centers shall become the beacons of opportunity, offering education and training programs tailored to the demands of the evolving job market.

Governor Uba Sani who is compassionate to the plight of the downtrodden, he entered into an agreement with the Kuwaiti government/fund for a 28 million Dollar Grant, to address the menace of out of school children in Kaduna state. The scope of this initiative is also designed to immensely create awareness in every nook and cranny of the State, about the importance of enrolling the school aged children, to avoid subjecting them to idleness.

The most interesting thing about Uba Sani's administration, is the extending hands of fellowship beyond religious and ethnic realm to the people of Southern Kaduna Kaduna. By forming a government of inclusivity, where people from the diverse affiliation were absorbed to serve in his administration, through occupying some juicy portfolios.

This approach not only demonstrated empathy, but also reinforced the idea that, in times of adversity, people stand stronger when united, regardless of their religious affiliations.

Kaduna State is blessed with a visionary governor, who is navigating the future with foresight. Transforming governance into a dynamic force for development. That's why, Uba Sani constituted a cabinet that mainly comprised the category of people that have the  interest of the Kaduna State at heart.

The youth as the backbone of every society; were not left in isolation under Malam Uba Sani's administration. Because they were colossally carried along, giving them some juicy appointments to come and contribute their quota in the activities of governance, using their wealth of experience. Unlike in the past, whereby some past governments confined the governmental activities as an affairs assigned to the group of "Gerontocracts". 

On security, Governor Uba Sani is currently wrapping up the strategic framework for the establishment of "Kaduna State Security Trust Fund". The Trust Fund will be an effective way of partnering with corporate organisations, the business community, industrialists, professional groups, individuals and all critical stakeholders towards augmenting material and logistics support to our security forces. Indeed, this is  a brilliant initiative.

Indeed, Malam Uba Sani is highly committed to serve with humility and equity, this is the best description of his administration based on the tangible facts that we are seeing.
