Health, in simple terms is the absence of illness. Health indicates all-round wellness which includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Medical personnels usually advise people to go for check up once I'm a while. Even if it's just blood pressure (BP) check, try!

But many people have this misconception that going for these checkups is like awakening the devil. That is, you are looking for what you don't have and you want to have it by all means.

You wouldn't know you have some health problems until you go and get checked. There are silent killers that if detected early,could be managed and one can live a normal life.

But if you keep running away, the day it manifest, it would have reached a chronic stage and managing it might not be easy.

What are the common and little things you could do to maintain health?
✍️ Drink water: Yes water, drink it. It's not expensive
✍️ Exercise daily: You must not go to the gym. Just take a few minutes walk.
✍️ Eat adequate diet: If you don't have money for meat, eat beans. Plant vegetables around your house.
✍️ Rest when you are tired: You are not a machine. You need rest!
✍️Go to the hospital when you discover a change in your body's functioning
