KADIRS STAKEHOLDERS' ENGAGEMENT MEETING, IN COLLABORATION WITH UNDP- TAX FOR SDGs INITIATIVE!!!

The Zone two KADIRS Stakeholders engagement meeting in collaboration with UNDP - Tax for SDGs initiative is currently underway at Bafra Hotel, Kaduna. 

The essence of the end of year engagement meeting is to provide an avenue for both the Service and the Stakeholders to receive feedback, constructive criticism, advice, recommendations and way forward on how the Service administered the revenue and tax administration for the past eleven months.
Meanwhile, critical stakeholders and taxpayers were selected from all the Area Revenue Offices within the central Senatorial District of the State, alongside revenue generating agencies, sponsors and donors, members of the civil society organizations and non- state actors.

Also, the Executive Director Corporate Services Dr. Muhammad Lawal alongside The Board Secretary/Legal Adviser of the Service Bar. Aysha Ahmad Mohammad , represented the Executive Chairman Comrade Jerry Adams at the event.
However, the Executive Chairman, through the Executive Director Corporate Services; pledges to continue working with all the critical stakeholders in tax and revenue administration in the State, in order to generate enough IGR, that will help in achieving the seven points SUSTAIN agenda of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kaduna State Senator Uba Sani . 

Some of the dignitaries that graced the engagement include, the Federal Inland Revenue Service State Coordinator, Alh Atiku Dukku, Hajia Aisha Wushishi (Deputy Director Tax)FIRS, Commissioner stamp Duties. Alh Maikudi Yakubu, Director Revenue Operations Hajiya Asma'u Inuwa Mora, Director MDAs Revenue Alh. Ado Usman Garba, Former CITN kaduna and district society Alh. Oba Funso Rahmon, All heads of units KADIRS, Area Revenue Managers, NURTW, TOAN, RTEAN, Corporate Organizations, schools, Banks, industries, Market women, tax justice network and governance platform, Christian Aid, and Perl. 
The program is supported by UNDP-Tax for SGDs Initiative and Co- Funded by European Union.
