It determines the efficiency with which public services are provided and plays a pivotal role in ensuring economic stability. In the case of Kaduna State, Mr. Jerry Adams has been making waves in repositioning the Kaduna Internal Revenue Services (KADIRS) through innovative strategies for absolute revenue generation.

Upon assuming the role of acting Chairman of KADIRS Mr. Adams identified the pressing need to optimize revenue collection in order to meet the increasing demands of the state. Recognizing the importance of generating sufficient revenue, he embarked on a comprehensive reform agenda to revitalize the revenue generation process.
