MINISTERIAL APPOINTMENT: UBA SANI LEGACY PLATFORM CONGRATULATES MALAM BALARABE ABBAS, EXTOLS HIS VIRTUES.

The platform has joined numerous well wishers of Malam Balarabe Abbas to congratulate him on his appointment as Minister.

This appointment is well deserved. It gladdens our hearts when His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani rewards excellence, capacity, loyalty and resourcefulness. 

We thank  President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the tremendous goodwill he demonstrates to the people of Kaduna state.

Our gratitude to him is unlimited. Our thanks also goes to our ebullient governor Malam Uba Sani for the unwavering supports he gave to Malam Balarabe Abbas, leading to his nomination. 

Truly, Malam Uba Sani has shown that he gives emphasis to capacity and pedigree, qualities that stand Malam Balarabe Abbas out. To the APC, we salute it for the prime demonstration of support it gives the Governor and the Ministerial nominee.

This has enable the governor to set his priorities right. 

We doff our hats to the teeming members of the APC for their continuous prayers and standing right with the mandates and philosophy of the Party.

Equally, our immense gratitude goes to Malam Nasir Ahmad El - rufa'i for his supreme patriotic zeal and the confidence he has on Malam Balarabe Abbas.

This singular virtue compelled him to work with him for eight years of fruitful engagement. The nomination of Malam Balarabe Abbas did not come as a surprise.

He has come well equipped. With exceptional records of service to the state and the nation, he demonstrates a panorama of resourcefulness and patriotism which all stand as monuments to his vast academic accomplishments. His immense personality and candour have seamlessly combined to define his tangential trajectory which produced his landmark delivery in the service of the people of Kaduna state.

His nomination also lends credence to his loyalty and sacrifice to the government of Kaduna state. Combining his academic pedigree with his unbeatable wit and administrative accomplishments, he will surely add value to the government of His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, injecting it with unbridled initiatives and sustainable enablers.

Be that as it may be, Kaduna state will miss his colours, will miss his candour, will miss his sagacity.

As he assumes his new portfolio, we fervently pray for his success in the discharge of his national assignment.

THE NATIONAL YOUTH WING OF SOKAPU CONDEMN THE STATEMENT MADE BY BASHIR EL RUFAI.

Sokapu youth wing under the leadership of Barr. Jerry Mendous Maikano condemns in strong terms the statements made by Bashir El-Rufai on X suggesting that the killings in southern kaduna will linger if the residents continue to attack herdsmen. This is coming at a time when the region is battling on all angles to remain peaceful and law-abiding even with the persistent kidnapping and killing of its innocent citizens.  We call on security agencies to properly investigate the statement as such should not be treated with kind gloves. We as a matter of security concern demand an immediate apology and retraction of that statement. As failure to do so may impede the peace efforts being put in place by the federal and State government respectively. We equally call on all southern kaduna youths to remain peaceful and law-abiding and refrain from making statements of this nature.
