MR. JERRY ADAMS BAGGED "ICON OF INTEGRITY AWARD" BY ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION ASSOCIATION.

The Acting Executive Chairman of Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service Mr. Jerry Adams today, received in audience the delegation of Zero Tolerance for Corruption Association From the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. 

The ZTCA was led by the Convener Umar Ahmad and he said " The Acting Executive Chairman was considered for the Award based on his track record of transparency, dedication, accountability, fair play, social justice, humility, hard-working, honesty, prudent and above all incorruptible. 

Meanwhile, An award of "ICON OF INTEGRITY " was presented to the Ag. Executive Chairman by the ZTCA delegation and urged him to continue being ambassador of the Association by advocating for free corrupt society.

In his response, the Acting Executive Chairman Mr. Jerry Adams appreciates the Association for this noble gesture and called on them to educate people on the need to pay tax directly into the State revenue accounts and to support the SUSTAIN agenda of His Excellency Senator Malam Senator Uba Sani, towards a better Kaduna State of our dream with free corrupt citizens. 

However, the event was attended by the Executive Director Revenue Operations Dr Muhammad Lawal, Board Secretary and Legal Adviser Bar. Aysha Ahmad Muhammad, Director Administration and Human Resources Alh. Mahmoud Waziri, Director Direct Assessment Tax Alh. Ibrahim Galadima, Director Area Revenue Coordination Mr. Ishaku Mazangona and Head Corporate Communications Zakari Jamilu Muhammad.

THE NATIONAL YOUTH WING OF SOKAPU CONDEMN THE STATEMENT MADE BY BASHIR EL RUFAI.

Sokapu youth wing under the leadership of Barr. Jerry Mendous Maikano condemns in strong terms the statements made by Bashir El-Rufai on X suggesting that the killings in southern kaduna will linger if the residents continue to attack herdsmen. This is coming at a time when the region is battling on all angles to remain peaceful and law-abiding even with the persistent kidnapping and killing of its innocent citizens.  We call on security agencies to properly investigate the statement as such should not be treated with kind gloves. We as a matter of security concern demand an immediate apology and retraction of that statement. As failure to do so may impede the peace efforts being put in place by the federal and State government respectively. We equally call on all southern kaduna youths to remain peaceful and law-abiding and refrain from making statements of this nature.
