MALAM LIMAN SANI KILA; LOYAL, SELFLESS, AND DILIGENT.

For any government to effectively function without unfortunate friction, the vital political ingredients of the cuisine are selfless and committed personalities with symetrical mindsets which correspond with ideals and strategic long and short term plans.

Interestingly, the governor of kaduna state His Excellency, Senator Malam Uba Sani in his desire to consolidate power in order to deliver on his mandate appointed Malam Liman Sani Kila as the Chief Of Staff.

The purpose of that appointment was predicated on the manifold treasure of sterling qualities of Sani Kila. He was a veteran of the Nigerian Immigration Service where he served meritoriously for decades climbing through the ranks up to the Controller General before his eventual retirement. 

Recognizing, his patriotism, passion for public service and immense loyalty to Malam Uba Sani, he was appointed to the most strategic office. It is quite revealing to mentioned here that the Office of the COS among orders coordinates the sensitive activities of the governor and manages Principal Staff officers for maximum delivery.              

These tasks are not new to him as he has garnered tremendous experience during his years in the Service of the NIS, holding various commanding responsibilities while attending critical leadership and management courses to consolidate his intellectual resources. 

An accomplished technocrat and a recipient of the prestigious National Merit Award of MFR, Kila is recognized for his tact, wit and uncommon organizational capacity, coupled with his philanthropic and generous posture, which are exemplified by his numerous human assistance supports, Malam Kila has being in the frontline of various initiatives of assisting the needy and the vulnerable, defraying school expenses of numerous students and supporting the livelihoods of socio-economically compromised families.

A man of superior breeding, to malam Sani Kila, a deal is a deal, emphasizing the logical notion of decide and commit. Happily, it is not only the wisest choice for Malam Uba Sani to bring him on board in his government but will go down in history as the most strategic decision ever taken.
